Belly Dance Technique
This class will focus on the foundational movements of a belly dancer's repertoire and
provide students with a yogic-style workout that focuses on developing core strength,
flexibility and proper posture. Students should wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that
allows the sensual gracefulness of the moves to be seen in their hips and abdominal
region. Hip scarves are encouraged; shoes are optional.

Cardio Belly Dancing
This class is for dancers who are looking to work up a good sweat, Middle Eastern style!
Focus will be given to short dance choreographies and drum solos that encourage
cardiovascular fitness and stamina. Hip scarves encouraged; shoes are optional.
Previous or concurrent participation in Belly Dance Technique classes strongly
recommended.
BELLY DANCE is a class that inspires freedom of movement in
the entire body. Learn how to style your arms and move your body
to every instrument in the music while you gain flexibility and fun in a
different style of dance. Everyone welcome. Wear workout clothes
that allow you to see your body lines. Hip scarves encouraged.

NOTE: All classes are available for ALL levels as we begin the new program. When
the program expands, we will offer Beginner and Intermediate levels of Technique.
