Fitness

We offer several basic formats for Fitness in our Preview and Opening Month schedules, however, we will continue to add new formats and styles as our membership grows. A sample of the classes on the schedule include:

Dance Aerobics: a combination of Salsa, Hip Hop, Latin, Country, and Line Dance. Get away from the daily grind for a fun and energetic way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular endurance, and groove to popular tunes. Some classes will be a combination of styles while other will be strictly Latin Aerobics, Line Dance Aerobics, Hip Hop Aerobics, etc.

Cardio Kickboxing: a combination of basic strikes, kicks, and defensive maneuvers. Burn calories, increase cardiovascular endurance, strengthen and tone muscles, and have fun working out with martial arts to popular music.

Yoga/Yogalates/Mind-Body: a combination of yoga poses, pilates exercises, breathing, stretching, and other relaxation methods to relieve stress of the mind, body, and soul. Some classes will be a blend of styles while others will be specifically Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, etc.

Dance Your Butt Off: a shorter, more intensive, class format that targets the inner thighs, outer thighs, and buttocks. Using fun dance music and dance moves, you will work those muscles that most people sit on all day.

Dancing Abs: a shorter, more intensive, class format that targets the upper abdominals, lower abdominals, obliques, and lower back. Using fun dance music and dance moves, you will work those muscles necessary to maintain better posture, relieve lower back stress, and increase your core strength for improved structural alignment.

In addition, we are proud to offer the fun, effective, and high quality Les Mills Programs. The Les Mills classes are offered world-wide by instructors who have undergone extensive training and testing for certification.

BODYJAM is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.
