CON ZUMBA is a 45-minute dance aerobics class that combines Zumba and Salsa Aerobics with Total Body Conditioning. The first 30 minutes are your daily recommended dose of cardiovascular fitness and the last 15 minutes is conditioning for your abs, back, legs, and glutes. So, this is CONditioning with/con ZUMBA!

DANCE AEROBICS are group classes to burn fat, stretch the body, and inspire freedom of movement. Learn easy and fun dance moves choreographed to upbeat, popular music. Each class is different and may include Hip Hop, Jazz, Line Dance, Oldies, Street Funk, Salsa, Cha Cha, Bachata, Merengue, and more! Wear workout clothes and fitness shoes or dance sneakers.

Please visit our Belly Dance class page for Monday and Saturday classes. While they are dance classes, they provide excellent aerobic workouts for participants.
